Road Trip Realty Key Policy

Overview

Road Trip Realty Keys provide a simple and flexible way for Realtors to activate and manage property listings within the Road Trip Realty platform.

Each Key is designed to activate one property listing for one 90-day listing period, giving Realtors control over when listings become discoverable within the Road Trip Realty app.

How Keys Work

1 RTR Key = 1 Property Listing = 90 Days

Each RTR Key activates one property listing.

A Key becomes active when it is assigned to a listing.

Once activated, the Key remains assigned to that listing for 90 days.

Keys cannot be transferred to another listing after activation, even if the listing is removed or sold before the 90-day period ends.

Purchasing Keys

Keys may be purchased in advance and stored in your account.

Unused Keys remain available until they are activated.

Activating a Listing

To activate a listing:

Step 1: Submit your property listing through the Realtor Hub.

Step 2: Assign an available RTR Key to the listing.

Step 3: Road Trip Realty verifies the listing information and prepares the listing for activation.

Step 4: Once activated, your listing becomes discoverable within the Road Trip Realty app for 90 days.

Renewing a Listing

If a property remains on the market after its 90-day activation period:

A new RTR Key must be assigned to reactivate the listing.

Each renewal requires a new Key.

Reactivated listings receive a new 90-day activation period.

Key Usage

Each property listing requires its own RTR Key.

Keys may not be transferred between Realtor accounts.

Keys may not be reassigned to another listing after activation.

Keys may not be shared or resold.

Once activated, a Key is considered used and cannot return to your available inventory.

Sold and Inactive Listings

If a property is sold, Realtors may mark the listing as Sold within the Realtor Hub.

If a listing becomes inactive before being sold, it may be reactivated at any time by assigning a new RTR Key.

Refund Policy

Unused Keys may be eligible for refund in accordance with Road Trip Realty's applicable refund policy.

Activated Keys are non-refundable.

Once a Key has been activated, it is considered consumed and cannot be reused.

Policy Updates

Road Trip Realty reserves the right to update this Key Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published within the Realtor Hub and will apply to future Key purchases and activations.
