Road Trip Realty Key Policy

Overview

Road Trip Realty Keys provide a simple and flexible way for Realtors to activate and manage property listings within the Road Trip Realty platform.

Keys give Realtors full control over when listings become active, how long they remain available to users, and how marketing costs are managed.

How Keys Work

  • 1 Key = 1 Property Listing
  • Each Key activates one property listing within the Road Trip Realty platform.
  • A Key becomes active when it is assigned to a listing.
  • Once activated, a Key remains active for 30 days.

Purchasing Keys

  • Keys may be purchased in advance and stored in your account.
  • Unused Keys do not expire.
  • Available Keys remain in your account until assigned to a property listing.

Activating a Listing

To activate a listing:

  1. Submit your property listing through the Realtor Hub.
  2. Assign an available Key to the listing.
  3. Road Trip Realty will prepare the listing for display within the platform.
  4. Once activated, the listing becomes available for discovery by Road Trip Realty users.

Renewing a Listing

If a property remains on the market after its 30-day activation period:

  • A new Key must be assigned to reactivate the listing.
  • Each renewal requires a new Key.
  • Reactivated listings receive a new 30-day activation period.

Key Usage

  • Each property listing requires its own Key.
  • Keys may not be transferred between Realtor accounts.
  • Keys may not be shared, resold, or reassigned once activated.
  • Activated Keys are considered used and cannot be returned to available inventory.

Sold and Inactive Listings

When a property is sold, Realtors may mark the listing as Sold within the Realtor Hub.

If a listing becomes inactive before being sold, a new Key may be assigned at any time to reactivate the listing.

Refund Policy

  • Unused Keys may be subject to Road Trip Realty's applicable refund policies.
  • Activated Keys are non-refundable.
  • Once a Key has been assigned to a listing and activated, it is considered consumed.

Policy Updates

Road Trip Realty reserves the right to update this Key Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published within the Realtor Hub and will apply to future Key purchases and activations.
